How do I receive the program?
Once you have purchased a program and entered all your personal details, you will be redirected to the members area. From there you will have your custom built program ready to access!
Is this a subscription based program?
Yes, maintenance is crucial for advancing in your fitness journey, which is why our programs are regularly updated with personalized workouts and meal plans based on your chosen program. You'll also receive ongoing support from me and my team. The best part is that you're not locked into a long-term commitment—you can cancel anytime.
Are the programs available world wide?
Absolutely, my programs are available for purchase and access from anywhere in the world! It's essential to me that everyone, regardless of location, can benefit from this program.
Is the program the same every month?
No. The program is an evolving system designed to support.

While the core movements and principles remain consistent, progress comes from how you apply them, your intensity, control, breath, and consistency. The same movements can challenge the nervous system, body, and energy in completely different ways depending on how you
show up.
The system is intentionally structured this way so progress compounds over time. Consistency drives results. Intensity
is adjustable. Growth is inevitable when both are present.

How do I cancel?
If at any point you feel that you did not receive the value you were hoping for, you’re always welcome to cancel, as long as the request is made at least seven days before your renewal date.

Meal plans
How can I adjust my dislikes list?
To adjust your dislikes list, go to your profile tab in the members area. Select ‘dietary preferences,’ then click on the ‘ingredients I dislike’ tab. From there, you can add or remove ingredients from your dislikes list.
How do I swap meals?
To swap out meals, click on the meal you want to replace. You’ll see a ‘swap’ option on the tab; select it and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.

Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. The Mind Body Energy Movement was designed for all skill levels and ages.
The primary goal of the system is to help you become your own best healer. The movements serve as a guide, allowing you to explore your body, regulate intensity, and discover what works best for you.
Inside the app, you’ll find multiple offerings, including guided movement practices and circuit-style training, that can be
scaled from complete beginners to elite-level athletes. You control the pace, the depth, and the challenge. The system
meets you where you are and grows with you.
Can I do the workout plan at home?
Yes. The beauty of the Mind Body Energy Movement is that it can be done anywhere on planet Earth.
The system requires little to no equipment and adapts to your environment, at home, outdoors, while traveling, or wherever you are. As long as you can move and breathe, you can practice.
The circuit practice includes simple weights as an option, but they are never required. The system is fully effective using just your body, breath, and intention.
How do I swap workouts?
To swap workouts, click on the exercise you want to replace. On the right side of the screen you will see a ‘swap’ icon. Click on this and follow the instructions on the pop-up window.
